Customer Information & Service Terms
Biz-Eye | Business Advisory & Training · Updated 1 November 2026
This document explains how Biz-Eye normally approaches customer engagements. It can be printed or saved for reference. It is general information, not a signed contract or a quotation.
1. About Biz-Eye
Biz-Eye Business Advisory & Training is operated by Johnson Samuel as a sole trader. We provide practical advisory, training and business operations support to small businesses across sectors, including hospitality.
2. Our approach
We listen, review the business challenge, agree practical next steps and provide support through the agreed work. Where additional expertise is needed, we work with carefully selected external specialists to help meet customer objectives.
3. Contracting arrangements
For some projects, the customer contracts with Biz-Eye, which may appoint specialists. In other cases, the customer contracts directly with a specialist. The written agreement will identify the responsible contracting party and what Biz-Eye has agreed to do. Biz-Eye remains responsible for its own contractual obligations.
4. Written agreement before starting
Before any paid work begins, both contracting parties must sign a written agreement covering the services, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements, timetable, confidentiality, relevant specialist involvement and any agreed changes. An enquiry or initial discussion alone creates no obligation to purchase services.
5. Customer cooperation
The customer will provide reasonably requested information, identify a suitable contact and make timely decisions needed to progress the agreed work. The agreement may set out any access, records or confidentiality requirements.
6. Fees and payments
The signed agreement will specify the fees, invoicing party, expenses, payment dates and any payment or refund arrangements. Additional work requires separate agreement.
7. Cancellation and early commencement
For business-to-business engagements, our proposed standard is a seven-calendar-day reconsideration period from signing, subject to the terms of the individual contract. A customer who wishes work to start before that period ends must expressly request the early start in the signed agreement and reaffirm the request by email. The agreement must explain what fees, if any, may be payable for work undertaken before cancellation.
These arrangements do not replace any mandatory consumer cancellation rights. Where a customer is legally a consumer, applicable distance or off-premises cancellation rights, including a 14-day period where required, will be explained in the individual contract. Starting services early does not automatically remove statutory rights.
8. Records, confidentiality and data
Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Project-specific confidentiality, data-sharing and access requirements will be set out in the relevant agreement. We may use email, Google Sheets CRM and Systeme.io for the purposes described in the notice.
9. Advice and outcomes
Recommendations depend on the agreed scope and information available. Business owners remain responsible for their decisions and should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary. No particular financial or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
10. Changes, complaints and completion
Any change to scope, timescale or price should be agreed in writing. The individual agreement will cover ending work, handover, outstanding fees, complaints and resolution arrangements. Concerns can be raised at info@bizeye.co.uk.
11. Which terms apply
The signed project agreement identifies the documents that form the contract and their order of priority. This general information page does not override that agreement or any mandatory legal rights.
