About Biz-Eye
Biz-Eye Business Advisory & Training is a trading name of Johnson Samuel, a sole trader. Contact: info@bizeye.co.uk.
Purpose of this website
We provide information about business advisory, training and operational support for small businesses. The website invites enquiries; browsing it or sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or a binding offer.
Services and specialist partners
Biz-Eye offers business advisory and training services and may work with carefully selected external specialists to achieve agreed customer objectives. Depending on the assignment, you may contract with Biz-Eye, or directly with a specialist provider. Any written proposal or agreement will identify the contracting party, responsibilities, services, deliverables and fees.
Before work starts
Paid work will begin only after the relevant parties have signed a written agreement setting out the scope and applicable terms. Any early-start request and associated cancellation arrangements will be documented separately and confirmed by email.
Customer information
Read our Customer Information & Service Terms for an outline of our approach and proposed contractual framework. A signed project agreement will determine the specific terms of an engagement.

Website information is general and is not individual legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice. We aim to keep it accurate but cannot promise that it is complete, current or suitable for every situation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory rights.
